• Step 1 – Preparation, Cleaning & Access Setup
  We start by erecting fully alarmed safety scaffolding for secure access. Masonry surfaces are cleaned using low-pressure washing or steam cleaning to remove dirt, algae, and loose material. Metal railings are also prepared, removing rust and flaking paint to create a sound base for repainting.
• Step 2 – Repairs & Restoration
  Defective masonry joints are re-pointed with matching mortar, and any damaged brick or stone is repaired for structural integrity. Metal railings receive a rust-inhibiting primer, and minor damage is restored, ensuring all surfaces are ready for painting.
• Step 3 – Painting & Finishing
  We apply two coats of premium exterior masonry paint and two coats of high-quality black metal paint to railings. Once complete, scaffolding is removed, and all areas are left clean, tidy, and in excellent condition..
